European Conference on EDGE AI Technologies and Applications – EEAI

The European Conference on EDGE AI Technologies and Applications – EEAI aims to provide a European forum for sharing the latest scientific research and industry results using edge AI technologies and applications. Its scope covers the edge AI technology stack following emerging research and innovation from hardware to software, edge AI frameworks, architectures, algorithms, data types and methods to applications.

The EEAI conference is held on October 17-19, 2023, at the Royal Olympic Hotel, Athens, Greece.

The event welcomes representatives for academia, researchers, and industry practitioners to exchange the latest fundamental advances in the state of the art and practice of edge AI technologies and applications, identify emerging research topics, and define the future of edge AI research and innovation.

EdgeAI

Edge AI Technologies for Optimised Performance Embedded Processing develops new electronic components and systems, processing architectures, connectivity, software, algorithms, and middleware through the combination of microelectronics, edge AI, embedded systems, and edge computing.

ANDANTE

The ANDANTE (AI for New Devices And Technologies at the Edge) project promotes innovative hardware and software deep-learning solutions for future IoT at the edge products that combine extreme power efficiency as well as robust and powerful cognitive computing capabilities.

TEMPO

TEMPO (Technologies and hardware for neuromorphic computing) developed technologiess and hardware solutions to broaden the applicability and strengthen the European ecosystem of embedded neuromorphic computing, enabling AI in edge devices and applications.

AI4DI

AI4DI’s (Artificial Intelligence for Digitizing Industry) mission is bringing AI from the cloud to the edge and making Europe a leader in silicon-born AI by advancing Moore’s law and accelerating edge processing adoption in different industries through reference demonstrators.

AI4CSM

AI4CSM (Automotive Intelligence for Connected Shared Mobility) develops advanced electronic components and systems (ECS) and architectures for future mass-market ECAS vehicles based on sensor fusion and perception platforms, efficient propulsion and energy modules, advanced connectivity and trustworthy AI techniques and methods.

TRISTAN

TRISTAN aims to expand, mature, and industrialize the European RISC-V ecosystem to compete with commercial options by leveraging the Open-Source community to gain productivity and quality. A European strategy for RISC-V designs will be defined, creating a repository of industrial rate building blocks for SoC designs in various application domains.

CLEVER

CLEVER (Collaborative edge-cLoud continuum and Embedded AI for a Visionary industry of thE futuRe) proposes innovations in hardware accelerators, design stack, and middleware software that revolutionize the ability of edge computing platforms to operate federated, leveraging sparse resources that are coordinated to create a powerful swarm of resources.

REBECCA

REBECCA (Reconfigurable Heterogeneous Highly Parallel Processing Platform for safe and secure AI) aims to democratize the development of edge AI systems and create a complete hardware and software stack centered around a RISC-V CPU, which offer significantly higher performance, energy efficiency, safety, and security than existing systems.

dAIEDGE

dAIEDGE is the European Network of Excellence for distributed, trustworthy, efficient, scalable AI at the Edge that promotes the development and deployment of AI on edge computing platforms. The network aims to reinforce the R&I value chains to accelerate the digital and green transitions.

NEUROKIT2E

NEUROKIT2E (Open source deep learning platform dedicated to Embedded hardware and Europe) proposes a Deep Learning Platform for Embedded HW around an established European value chain (AI HW/SW). The solutions developed support NN design, optimisation, and implementation on constrained HW.

LoLiPoP IoT

LoLiPoP IoT (Long Life Power Platforms for Internet of Things) objectives are to develop innovative Long Life Power Platforms that enable retrofit of wireless sensor network (WSN) The solutions can be applied to applications of industry 4.0, smart mobility and building energy efficiency.

INSECTT

INSECTT (Intelligent Secure Trustable Things) provide intelligent, secure, trustworthy systems for industrial applications offering comprehensive cost-efficient solutions of intelligent, end-to-end secure, trustworthy connectivity and interoperability to bring the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence together.
