European Conference on EDGE AI Technologies and Applications – EEAI Registration
Welcome to the conference registration page for the European Conference on Edge AI Technologies and Applications – EEAI 2026. All persons intending to attend the Conference must complete an online Registration Form.
The registration covers participation in both the EEAI 2026 Conference, scheduled for 19-21 October 2026, and the dAIEDGE Innovation Days, scheduled for 21-22 October 2026 (1.5 days), which are co-located at the same venue. Participants can choose to participate in both events or on selected days of the events. A valid registration is necessary for all days of participation in these events.

All registration fees include 18% VAT.
Please note that registration fees vary depending on the registration date and whether the delegate is registered for 1 or several days. The registration fee includes access to the conference sessions, coffee/tea breaks, lunches for the day of registration, and the conference dinner.
All attendees need to register as conference participants via the online conference link. This includes presenting authors, co-authors and listen-only delegates.
Please note that you can pay either by credit card or by bank transfer. You may incur bank charges if you choose to pay by bank transfer.
Participation is not guaranteed until the registration fee is fully paid. Thank you for your understanding.
Conference Cancellation Policy
If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may, by arrangement with the registrar, substitute someone else to attend in their place.
Registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.
