Welcome to the conference registration page for European Conference on EDGE AI Technologies and Applications – EEAI 2023. All persons intending to attend the Conference must complete an online Registration Form.

Please read the below registration information before you complete the Registration Form. Should you experience any difficulties please contact the Conference office.

Please note that registration fees will differ depending on the date of registration, and on whether or not the delegate is registered for one or several days. The registration fee includes access the conference sessions, coffee/tea breaks and lunches for the day of registration and the conference dinner.

All persons attending the conference need to register as conference participants via the online conference link. This includes presenting authors, co-authors and listen only delegates.

Please note that you can pay either with credit card, Paypal, or via bank transfer. You may incur banking charges from your bank if you choose to pay via bank transfer.

Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received. Thank you for your understanding.

If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else to attend in their place.

Registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid.

Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.
